Old Harry Rocks is an iconic part of the Purbeck coastline, named after Harry Paye the infamous smuggler who used the rocks to aid his adventures (or so the story goes). The needles of rock emerging from the sea can be viewed from Studland and Swanage Bay, this illustration details the land and sea from above.
